Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -LTC (Auto Offer) for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -LTC (Auto Offer)

Location: Vestal, NY 13850

Duration: 16 weeks (Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: Night (5x8 Hours) 23:45 7:15

Pay rate: $33 - $42

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient vitals
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, mobility, dressing)
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• At least 1 year of LPN experience required
• Current and valid LPN license in NY
• BLS/CPR and First Aid certified
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
