Case Manager I — Housing & Recovery Advocate

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Case Manager I to work with families, children, and individuals experiencing homelessness to create care plans, coordinate services, and monitor progress. You will advocate for clients, link them to housing resources, and maintain detailed case documentation across teams. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; Basic Life Support within 30 days; and a Colorado driver’s license within 30 days. #J-18808-Ljbffr Affordable Rent
