Senior Case Manager: Housing & Self-Sufficiency Advocate

You will review tenants' eligibility, maintain files, conduct intake, and help tenants set goals with independent living plans. Work with tenants to locate community resources, advocate for self-sufficiency, and support groups/workshops.
