Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAt U.S. Bank, our Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Managers (BBRMs) don’t just manage portfolios — they build businesses, shape strategy, and drive growth for healthcare clients navigating today’s complex financial landscape.In this high‑impact role, you’ll serve as the primary advisor to healthcare practices and organizations with revenues generally between $5MM and $50MM, owning the full client relationship from origination through long‑term expansion. You’ll bring a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset—leveraging the full capabilities of a leading financial institution to deliver sophisticated credit structures, treasury solutions, and integrated financial strategies that fuel client success.Key responsibilitiesOwn and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for clients with revenues between $5MM and $50MM, including physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), dental service organizations (DSO), specialty practices, and other healthcare businesses.Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking within the healthcare ecosystemLead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions including cashflow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, buyouts, commercial real estate, ground up construction, and enterprise value-based lending structures.Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating seamlessly across:Treasury ManagementPaymentsCredit CardsPersonal Wealth and Advisory partnersCapital MarketsEquipment FinanceAdvise healthcare clients on growth initiatives including de novo expansion, acquisitions, physician ownership transitions, and healthcare real estate financing.Maintain full accountability for the client relationship while orchestrating internal partnerships in a large, matrixed organizationApply strong credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth, profitability, and client experienceAnticipate client needs by staying ahead of healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditionsWho You AreYou’re a seasoned relationship manager with a hunter‑mentor mindset—equally comfortable opening new doors, navigating complex credit, and acting as a strategic advisor to healthcare owners and executives. You thrive in roles where influence matters, autonomy is earned, and success is measured by lasting client relationships and growth.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceSeven or more years of relevant experiencePreferred Skills & ExperienceHealthcare and Practice Finance banking experience, including complex credit structuringExperience with clinic‑ and center‑based Commercial Real Estate transactionsProven success developing new business and COIs within the healthcare industryExperience managing loan structures larger than $2.5MM and complex credit requestsBackground serving companies and practices with revenues up to $50MMDemonstrated ability to partner across Treasury Management, Payments, and Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and other special banking teams.Strong knowledge of commercial credit and credit quality standardsProficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and nCinoAgile, innovative problem‑solver with sound judgmentExecutive‑level communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skillsKnowledge of healthcare ownership structures, reimbursement dynamics, and industry trends affecting physician practices and lower middle markets healthcare organizations.The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $131,670.00 - 160,930.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
