You’ll help customers find the right Buick or GMC vehicle while providing an exceptional, personalized experience that builds lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options Demonstrate and explain vehicle features during test drives Present financing, protection, and ownership options when appropriate Manage the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle understanding Maintain accurate customer records and follow‑up activities using CRM tools Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business What We’re Looking For We’re seeking energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping people and thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
