Senior Distribution Solutions Specialist

What You’ll Do Act as the primary advocate for Distribution Operations, shaping process improvements and partnering with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and external vendors. Provide deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA and EWM, ensuring system configurations meet operational requirements. Translate distribution needs into effective process designs, system configuration requests, and scalable solutions. Develop and maintain process flows, documentation, and change‑management materials. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot production issues, validate enhancements, and implement system updates. Lead training initiatives to ensure distribution teams are equipped on system functionality and best practices. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational performance. Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements. Support global distribution execution sites with WMS configuration, audits, and best‑practice alignment. What You Bring Strong background in distribution operations and process optimization. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Ability to influence cross‑functional decisions and build strong partnerships. A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
