The Esthetician / Front Desk Receptionist is a licensed skincare professional who provides high-quality aesthetic treatments while also managing front desk operations. This role ensures seamless client satisfaction through full guidance in scheduling, consultations, check-out procedures, and delivering specialized skincare treatments while upholding Santé company standards for client care and excellence.

Requirements:

• Current Oregon Esthetician license
• CPR and Bloodborne Pathogens certification

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician
• At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist (spa environment preferred)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including electronic health care record (EHR) systems and spa scheduling software
• Upholding HIPAA and OSHA guidelines and maintaining client privacy
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance

Front Desk & Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting guests with questions, bookings, and payments for spa services and products
• Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely manner
• Calling guests and members for confirmations on upcoming treatments and scheduling recurring treatments (e.g., botox, filler)
• Keeping providers updated on any changes or updates to their daily schedule
• Informing guests and members about currently available promotions and discounts
• Encouraging guests to sign up for the Allē Loyalty program for future discounts and savings
• Opening the spa and prepping reception/common areas for guests, members, and providers
• Closing the spa, running closing reports, cash count, prepping facilities for the next business day, and locking upBalancing and testing soaking pool and cool dip pool chemicals three times per day
• Maintaining a clean and inviting environment in reception and common spa areas
• Completing administrative tasks as requested by management

Esthetician & Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough consultations to guide clients through services and determine optimal treatment plans
• Developing a dialogue regarding expectations and providing clear narratives of procedures
• Performing 30, 60, and 90-minute facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and body waxing (as well as lash lifts, lash tints, lash extensions, spray tans, or body treatments where applicable)
• Providing client education, post-treatment instructions, and homecare guidance
• Reviewing new client intake forms, documenting client treatments, charting health conditions, and filing appropriate medical records
• Prepping treatment rooms with clean linens, products, and supplies prior to scheduled services
• Straightening and sanitizing all treatment room equipment after every client
• Monitoring inventory stock levels and notifying management of ordering needs
• Actively learning current promotions to educate clients and stimulate sales
• Engaging in continuing education to maintain high professional knowledge standards

This positions pay rate is to be determined based on qualifications. Potential for hourly, commission and gratuities.
