Overview: Product Owner (Entry-Level / Junior) Location: Tempe, Arizona Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 0-3 Years Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Owner to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 0-3 years of experience who are looking to build a career in product management. In this role, you will assist in product planning, defining requirements, and supporting Agile delivery processes. You will gain hands-on experience managing product backlogs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that meet customer and business needs. We provide structured training, real-time project exposure, interview preparation, and continuous support to help you grow successfully in your Product Owner career. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements
- Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to support sprint execution
- Convert business needs into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, design, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals
- Review customer feedback and market insights to support product enhancements
- Assist in feature validation and testing to ensure quality and functionality
- Gain practical experience through real-time project involvement and mentorship
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and product development lifecycle
- Ability to translate requirements into actionable user stories
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow in product management
