Your crew and supervisory team will learn Cheba Hut from you. Your execution of Shoperations, culture, and guest experience becomes the example others follow. • Shoperations Excellence
• Execute Cheba Hut systems, tools, and procedures at an elite level
• Oversee smooth, consistent daily restaurant operations
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and controllable costs
• Ensure payroll, documentation, and operational processes are timely and

accurate Guest Experience & Interaction

• Deliver a consistently memorable, above-and-beyond guest experience
• Stay visible on the floor — engage guests and build regulars
• Balance operational discipline with authentic brand energy
• Reinforce a customer-first mindset across the team

Leadership & Development

• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing crew members
• Maintain a leadership team of up to four managers
• Facilitate quarterly development meetings and bi-annual evaluations
• Provide real-time coaching and shoulder-to-shoulder feedback
• Align your team around a clear and shared vision

What Makes You a Fit

• 1+ year of restaurant leadership experience
• Strong understanding of restaurant systems and operations
• Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts
• Analytical enough to manage numbers, confident enough to lead people
• Valid Driver’s License
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Cheba Hut is a “Toasted” sub concept that has been curing munchies since its start in 1998. Founder Scott Jennings decided to showcase the harmony between great tasting food and … well, a very specific counter-culture. The menu features signature sub sandwiches, as well as a variety of Rice Krispy treats, salads, and munchies. Most locations also offer bars featuring local beers from neighborhood breweries and a variety of Cottonmouth Cures. What really sets Cheba Hut apart, though, can only be experienced in our shops.
