Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow individualized care plans designed to meet each resident's unique needs
- Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures
- Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations
- Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations and policies
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the State of Florida required
- Previous experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required
