Social Worker (LBSW) / Case Manager – Full-Time Days
Location: Salina, KS
Facility: Salina Regional Health Center
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: Days | 8-hour shifts

Social Workers (BSW/LBSW) to join its Case Management team. This role focuses on coordinating patient care, assessing patient and family needs, connecting patients with appropriate services, and supporting quality, efficient, and safe healthcare outcomes.

Pay:

• Social Worker (BSW/LBSW): $24.77+/hour , based on education and experience
• Care Manager: $30.11+/hour , based on education and experience
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000, discussed during interview

Social Worker Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field required
• 2 years of hospital-based social work experience preferred
• Current Kansas LBSW license required

Care Manager Requirements:

• Associate's degree in nursing or RN Diploma required
• BSN highly preferred
• 2 years of acute-care Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Current Kansas RN license required

Schedule: Full-time day shift with 8-hour shifts. Weekend requirements will be discussed during the interview. Possible on-call responsibilities.
