Estate Planning Attorney

Pay Range: $120K-$150K Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5 Required: 5+ years of Estate Planning and Probate experience as an attorney Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future. Position Overview A boutique law firm specializing in sophisticated estate matters is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 5+ years of Estate Planning and Probate experience to join its high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients , draft complex estate planning documents, and prepare gift tax returns. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of Estate Planning and Probate experience as an attorney Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families Strong written and verbal communication skills LL.M. in Taxation preferred Admission to practice in Massachusetts required Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships Strong interest in business development and long-term partnership opportunities Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining precision Key Responsibilities Meet and communicate with clients, advisors, and related stakeholders Draft advanced estate planning documents and related materials Prepare gift tax returns Provide exceptional client service with proactive communication and timely follow-upCollaborate with attorneys and team members while also managing work independently Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Founded in 1969, JOHN LEONARD, a woman-owned business, is the premier staffing choice in Boston and beyond.
