About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to take on a pivotal role in leading the finance, accounting, reporting, and financial strategy functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full finance function, including accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role involves overseeing the monthly close, financial statements, and executive reporting, as well as managing cash flow, working capital, and financial planning. The CFO will also be a key partner with operations on site-level performance and profitability, and will be instrumental in building and improving reporting, controls, processes, and financial dashboards to support growth across a multi-site healthcare environment. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a background as a CFO, VP Finance, Controller, or in a similar senior finance leadership role, with a strong foundation in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in healthcare services, multi-site operations, or another operational business is essential. The role requires the ability to partner with executive leadership and operations teams, as well as strong skills in cash flow, financial analysis, and business performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in improving finance processes, controls, and reporting structures, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare, hospital, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or healthcare management, as well as multi-location or multi-entity finance experience, and a CPA, MBA, or related advanced credential.
