Base pay range $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr Location: West Coast, United States Duration: 6-month contract Pay: $35-45/hr We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract and support a high-volume requisition load. This role focuses heavily on field sales recruitment, particularly across West Coast regions, with additional exposure to APAC hiring. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment for field sales and business roles Partner with hiring managers to define and execute recruiting strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates to build strong pipelines Support requisitions across U.S. and select APAC markets (Japan) Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience Ensure smooth continuity of hiring efforts during team coverage What We’re Looking For Proven experience with sales recruiting (bonus: generalist/business recruiting) Comfortable managing open requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
