In this role, you’ll collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to foster student communication success, providing direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Previous experience in a school setting working with K-12 students desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, IEP development, and progress monitoring
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with school requirements
- Participate actively in IEP and eligibility meetings
The compensation for this position ranges from $45 to $55+ per hour, recognizing your valuable skills and experience in helping students thrive.
