Step into a dynamic educational setting and make an immediate impact by providing essential speech-language services to students across elementary and secondary levels. As an onsite contracted speech-language pathologist, you will collaborate with dedicated in-person teams, supporting a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students. Here, your specialized skills will help to empower both young learners and those with higher communication needs, ensuring all students can access the tools and support for meaningful communication growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Skilled and experienced SLPA professionals welcomed
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative abilities
• Comfortable providing services exclusively onsite
• Passionate about supporting diverse student populations with varying strengths and challenges

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective, individualized speech and language interventions in line with students’ IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and identify communication disorders among both elementary and secondary students
• Maintain detailed documentation regarding assessments, progress, and treatments
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary educational teams
• Offer consultative support and expertise to teachers and staff working with students with communication needs
• Foster an inclusive, enriching environment where every child’s voice is valued
