I’ve spent my entire career with State Farm, starting just 17 days after graduating, with experience in both claims and agency - bringing a well-rounded perspective to how we serve our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jared Swank - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
