New leadership is focused on rebuilding the service department and growing technician hours, creating significant earning opportunities for high-performing technicians. We are looking for technicians who take pride in their work, maintain strong productivity, and want to grow within a respected automotive organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform advanced repair and diagnostic work.
• Complete multi-point inspections and identify additional service opportunities.
• Maintain high productivity and repair quality.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management.
• Document all repair work accurately on repair orders.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive technician experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to maintain high productivity levels.
• High attention to detail and repair quality.
• Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
