Oakhill Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Schedule:

• Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Our dedicated team includes:

• One Dentist
• One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator
• Three FT Front Desk Coordinator
• One FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
• Two FT Dental Assistant
• One PT Hygiene Assistant

Additional Information:

• PMS - Denticon switching to Open Dental soon
• Time allotted for procedures:
• NP - 1-1.5 hours
• SRP per 2 quads - 1.5 hours
• Prophy - 1 hour
• Average # of patients per day - 7
• Morning Huddle? - yes, 15 minutes before open
• Insurances accepted? FFS? - Accepts most insurances (not adult Medicaid), INN w/ Delta, Tricare, and United Concordia

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
