We’re seeking a compassionate, patient-focused hygienist who is dedicated to providing excellent clinical care and creating a positive experience for every patient. This is a flexible opportunity with full-time hours available through a combination of the days listed below. Wednesday and Friday schedules will become available as the practice adds a doctor. Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (opening in the future) Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (opening in the future) Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (optional) We are open to different combinations of these days to create a full-time schedule that works for both the hygienist and the practice. New Patient Exams: 60 or 90 minutes Our appointment times allow hygienists to provide thorough, personalized care while focusing on patient education and building strong patient relationships. Responsibilities Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed Complete oral health assessments and document findings accurately Take digital radiographs as needed Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate, high-quality care Collaborate with the doctor and dental team Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Michigan Strong clinical and communication skills Passion for patient care and education Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team Reliable, professional, and patient-focused Why Join Cambridge Dentistry?
