The Parts Sales Manager oversees the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management, outstanding customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability goals. This role is responsible for managing staff, developing sales strategies, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the availability of parts to support customers and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations of the parts department.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and gross profit.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Resolve customer concerns and warranty-related issues professionally.
• Coordinate with the service and sales departments to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, automotive, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in parts sales or inventory management, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of parts catalogs, inventory control systems, and ordering processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
