Accounting AssistantVP Management is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team in Princeton, WV. This role supports the accounting department by performing a variety of financial and administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our accounting operations.ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly accounts payable and payrollMaintain accurate financial records and documentationSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesReconcile bank statements and accounting ledgersCollaborate with other departments as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in accounting preferredPrevious experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with accounts software, experience with QuickBooks is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityGood communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional development and growthSupportive and collaborative work environmentLocation in Princeton, WV with convenient accessAbout the CompanyVP Management is a well-established company committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.
