Position Overview

Were hiring a Warehouse Laborer to support daily packaging, material handling, and order fulfillment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who takes pride in efficiency and accuracy. Full training is provided, and high performers have strong opportunities to advance.

Key Responsibilities

• Package activated carbon into drums, bags, and other containers according to company specifications
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials, load/unload trucks, and stage orders
• Fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct quantities and labeling
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
• Follow all safety protocols related to handling activated carbon and warehouse operations
• Support operations and service teams as needed

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or labor experience preferred
• Forklift experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn new skills
