• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.

• Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided and client progress.
• Follow care plans as directed by nursing staff and assist with physical or occupational therapy exercises as needed.

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and proper body mechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
