Director Board of Directors

Anselmo Academy of Music & The Arts is expanding its Board of Directors.

We are a 501C3 organization and looking for volunteer candidates, and are compelled to help our organization by serving on the Board of Directors.

Board dues are in effect upon joining (twenty-five hundred dollars) payable to Anselmo Academy and are tax deductible. Additional one thousand dollars are give or get towards the annual fundraising event scheduled in the 2026/27 school year.

Meetings are scheduled on Zoom once per quarter to discuss the company's well‑being, performance, and help strategize for future successes. Additional committee meetings (small groups) are scheduled in between board meetings to strategize on our goals.

We seek high‑energy, committed volunteers to help us strategize, attract many new students, and help us serve many communities.

Qualifications

• Integrity, credibility, and a passion to move the organization’s mission forward
• Collaborative mentality with a focus on shared objectives and goals
• Equipped with prior business and/or non-profit management skills
• Ability to think strategically in a dynamic non-profit setting
• Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Attendance at board meetings (virtual)
• Providing your time and talent to the organization in areas of expertise
• Stay informed about board matters, govern the organization, and serve as an advocate
• Identifying connection opportunities across networks, companies, and potential donors
