Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Perform grant allocation and grant accounting to ensure funds are accurately managed and distributed.
- Record journal entries and perform reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Manage the chart of accounts and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports to support organizational transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to support financial planning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools used for accounting and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with grant management and financial reporting is preferred.
