Customer Service Specialist

Currently, we have a Customer Service Specialist opportunity with a well-established national real estate services firm specializing in default servicing, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and title solutions. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
Answering incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages.
Returning voicemails.
Requesting reinstatement and payoff quotes for delinquent loans.
Calculating reinstatement and payoff amounts.
Preparing letters with calculations for reinstatement and payoff.
Documenting in the case management system.
Working across multiple client websites as a form of communication with clients.
Providing exceptional customer service and responding in a timely manner to resolve issues.
Required qualifications for the position include:
Above-average typing and computer skills; ability to work across multiple client software systems.
Prior foreclosure experience required.
Knowledge of mortgage documents, loan documents, appraisals, etc.
Call center experience required.
Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to work with Excel spreadsheets.
General office experience (copying, filing, answering phones).
Strong verbal and written professional communication skills.
Pay Rate Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
