You will be the Optical Pattern Operator for the Optical Components Center. Our team is responsible for ultra-precision machining and additive manufacturing that enable the development and production of complex optical components and sophisticated electronic systems for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Optical Pattern Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining photolithographic production equipment in a clean-room environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up, operate, and adjust photolithographic equipment, including coating, deposition, and cleaning stations.
• Align and load optical parts into fixtures, applying pattern and deposition masks with manual and computer-controlled tools.
• Perform metal lift-off, etch, and other micron-scale processes while monitoring process parameters.
• Inspect parts using gauges, microscopes, and electronic instruments; record results in production logs.
• Maintain a cleanroom work area, follow safety procedures, and perform routine equipment maintenance.
