You will be the Fabricator / Painter for the Machining Operations Center (MOC). Our team is responsible for precision machining, component installation, chemical conversion coating, and painting.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Fabricator / Painter you will be responsible for delivering high?quality coated and finished components that meet stringent aerospace specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Apply finish protective coatings using spray guns or brushes, both air?dry and baked.
• Operate sandblasting and tumble?blast equipment to remove scale, corrosion, and contaminants.
• Mix, thin, and apply paints, lacquers, and enamels to meet color and performance standards.
• Set up and run spray?painting equipment, monitoring viscosity and ensuring consistent coverage.
• Clean and prepare parts, including electro?plating cleaning and surface inspections.

Desired skills

Technical school training in auto painting, precision masking/cutting operations. 5-8 years' experience as fabricator.
