We are actively interviewing for an immediate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opening in the Algonquin, IL area. This contract position runs for the entire 2026/2027 school year and offers a consistent school schedule with options for full-time or flexible part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Monitor, analyze, and adjust behavioral data to drive student success and goal attainment.
Train, consult, and collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff on behavioral interventions.
Partner with multidisciplinary IEP teams, school administration, and families to support overall student well-being.
Requirements
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the BACB.
Licensure: Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or applicable ISBE credential/approval.
Experience: Prior experience working in a K-12 school district or pediatric educational setting preferred.
