Position Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Service Assistant to support our Charlotte operations. This role involves assisting clients, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities * Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests * Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and operations * Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners * Coordinate with operations teams to fulfill client needs * Track and document client interactions and feedback * Resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service or client-facing experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and manage priorities * Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $18 – $28 per hour * Flexible scheduling options * Paid training * Opportunities for growth * Supportive team environment
