Superintendent – Custom Home Construction

A leading custom home builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to coordinate and lead field operations on high-end residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected builder specializing in large-scale custom homes valued at $5M+.

If you are a Superintendent with a strong background in luxury/custom residential construction and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and above client expectations, we would love to speak with you.

Superintendent Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
Proven experience managing custom or luxury residential projects
Experience overseeing projects valued at $5M+
Strong ability to manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
Demonstrated ability to lead construction projects through multiple phases simultaneously
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, quality standards, and building processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
Consistent employment history with a strong reputation for professionalism and accountability
