AssemblerQPS Employment Group is hiring an Assembler for a company in Germantown, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 2nd shift.Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specificationsOperate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficientlyPerform visual and functional inspections to ensure product qualityFollow standardized work procedures and safety guidelinesMaintain accurate production records and documentationIdentify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concernsMaintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goalsAssembler Requirements:Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferredPrevious retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferredAbility to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to stand for extended periodsFrequent use of hands for assembling small componentsAbility to lift up to 30 pounds as neededGood vision (with or without correction) for detailed assembly workManufacturing/production floor environmentExposure to light machinery and assembly equipmentUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) as requiredQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
