Overview A high-velocity, remote creative agency working with leading global brands in fintech, AI, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) spaces is seeking a sharp, agile Graphic Designer. Built around small, autonomous creative pods with no unnecessary management layers, this organization values high output, creative judgment, and continuous innovation. 3.) Key Responsibilities Design high-volume, high-quality static, motion, and meme-style ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn for fintech, AI, and DTC brands. Produce ad variations, resizes, and testable creative volume quickly from hero concepts without compromising quality (~15 deliverables weekly). Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and templates in Figma to ensure high-volume output remains strictly on-brand. Integrate modern AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate concepting, asset generation, variation, and iteration. Partner directly with your pod's creative strategist and growth manager to pitch, improve, and execute briefs while managing your own project queue independently. Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, and new creative AI tools, sharing best practices with the broader team. 4.) Must-Have Requirements Strong practical expertise in Figma (including auto layout, components, and reusable systems) alongside proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere). Demonstrated, day-to-day use of AI production tools (image generation, generative edit, motion/video tools, and AI-assisted variations) with the ability to explain your exact workflow. Proven experience producing performance-focused paid social ad variations at scale, backed by a strong portfolio. Ability to self-manage your own workload, communicate asynchronously, and deliver consistent volume cleanly within a remote team structure. Full-time commitment (40 hours/week) with solid overlap across UK and UAE business hours. Clear written English skills. 5.) Nice-to-Have Requirements Prior design experience with Fintech, SaaS, or AI brands, especially where compliance impacts creative execution. Custom motion design capabilities beyond templated work.
