Food and Beverage Supervisor

As a Supervisor on our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for supporting our team members in creating exceptional member experiences. We are centered on ensuring our associates have a sense of belonging, know they are valued, and are supported with the tools to be successful. Responsibilities Supervise the front of house food and beverage team members. Assist in implementing training programs, creating and upholding standards of service, inventory performance, and scheduling. Support operations in Carmichael's restaurant as well as the ACC Café Qualifications At least three (3) years of server and/or bartender experience At least one (1) year of food and beverage supervisory experience, prior Club experience a plus.
