Sales Team Manager

We're seeking a Sales Team Manager to join our Progressive Southwest Team . This is an opportunity to lead from the front, maintain your own business contribution, and empower a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional results for clients and candidates across specialist STEM markets. In this leadership role, you'll play a key part in driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and building a culture of accountability, performance, and success. What you'll be doing: Lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged and productive sales team. Analyze market, performance, and customer data to identify opportunities and drive sustainable business growth. Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships through a consultative, service-led approach. Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow existing key accounts. Drive team performance against revenue, client retention, and service excellence metrics. Recruit, onboard, train, and coach top talent while creating clear development and career progression plans. Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Partner with senior leadership to identify commercial opportunities and deploy the most effective delivery strategies for clients. What we're looking for: Proven experience leading and developing successful recruitment or sales teams. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven business decisions. Experience building client relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and delivering against performance targets. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
