Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security‑related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 PM - 02:30 AM Sat06:00 PM - 02:30 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner while following post orders and property protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas, and report security‑related concerns, access issues, and/or maintenance observations to the appropriate personnel. Support access control activities by verifying credentials, documenting visitor activity, and assisting with directions and general assistance in a courteous manner. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
