About the Position

**Job Title: Behavioral Health • Registered Nurse • Nights**

Join our team in Burkeville, VA, as a Behavioral Health RN for night shifts on a 13•week contract, working 40 hours weekly with a mix of 12•hour and 8•hour shifts.

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver care to individuals 65+ with psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders.
• Utilize clinical problem•solving and communication skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

• Active VA RN or compact license.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Five years of RN experience, focusing on Behavioral Health and Geriatric care.
• Preferred experience in psychiatric or Med•Surg settings.

**Additional Information:**

• Patient ratios: RN • 1:34 long•term / 1:19 admission unit.
• Scrub color: Any clean, professional attire.
