Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
LaSalle Network is partnering with a reputable water solutions company to hire a Customer Service Representative. This individual will play a key role in supporting customers through phone communication, service scheduling, and billing inquiries in a structured, script-based environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls
• Schedule and coordinate service calls
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, invoicing, and contracts
• Follow established scripts and workflows to ensure consistent customer experience
• Utilize ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms to document and manage customer interactions
• Assist walk-in customers

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Prior experience using ERP systems
• 1+ year of customer service experience

Logistics

• Pay Rate: $22/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: New City, NY
