Job Description

CDR ProSource is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Die Cutter Operator / Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys machine operation and warehouse support in a small, team-focused environment with a strong culture and excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and committed to producing quality work while supporting daily production goals.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Job Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (opportunity for pay increase upon hire and performance evaluation)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate die cutting equipment to meet daily production goals
• Load materials and monitor machine performance for accuracy, quality, and safety
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures to ensure precision
• Perform basic machine operation and material cutting tasks
• Assist in warehouse operations, including shipping support
• Move pallets using hand jacks (forklift experience is a plus, but not required)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
• Support team members to meet daily workflow and production targets
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to accurately use measuring tools (tape measure, ruler, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment (may include warm conditions)
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
