Sr Business System Analyst - Project Hire Location: Burbank, California; Orlando, Florida Job ID: 10151360 Posted: Jun. 04, 2026 Job Summary Support the delivery of finance platform solutions within the Enterprise Products Organization. Translate business needs into product solutions and manage requirements, design, testing, and delivery to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business capabilities. What You’ll Do Translate business needs into product solutions to support project delivery. Partner with teams to document business requirements. Participate in functional and technical design sessions. Collaborate with business and technology teams to build business models. Create documentation such as requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional design documents, and process flows. Engage in agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, demos). Coordinate with the technical implementation team to verify alignment with requirements. Maintain traceability between business requirements, technical specs, and test cases. Work with business owners to confirm test scenarios, validate design, and test data. Support process flow ownership and run test executions. Develop, review, and execute test scripts and results, and handle defect triage. Validate products against acceptance criteria. Assist change management through testing, documentation, and training. Log and analyze risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID) and support project management. Collaborate with business partners, solution architects, and delivery managers. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of ERP experience with at least 3 years supporting Workforce Management / Time‑Keeping systems. Proven track record on large finance value chain software projects. Experience with workforce management system processes and software. Experience in Business Architecture practices and methodologies. Experience on matrixed project teams including architects, developers, operations, PMs, BA’s, and vendor partners. Experience with agile development and full SDLC. Prior media environment experience is advantageous. Required Education BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Compensation Position pays $97,500‑$125,700 per year in Burbank, CA and $92,900‑$118,500 per year in Orlando, FL, plus potential bonuses, long‑term incentives, and benefits.
