Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry or a related technical sales/support role.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts, systems, and aftermarket product applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with automotive aftermarket distributors, retailers, or service providers.
• Technical certifications related to automotive systems or aftermarket products.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and data analysis software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product training sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary product expert for automotive aftermarket products, providing detailed technical knowledge and application guidance to internal teams and customers.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
