kWe’re a rapidly expanding third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in food distribution, and we’re looking for a seasoned Regional Quality Control Manage r to drive food safety and regulatory compliance across our warehouse and kitchen operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in USDA and FDA inspections, HACCP-certified expertise, and a passion for operational integrity

.You’ll be based out of either CT or NY or PA or V A, but your impact will be felt across the country. With extensive travel and multi-site oversight, you’ll be the quality backbone of our fresh food supply chain—ensuring every facility meets the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction

What You’ll

• DoDevelop, implement, and supervise comprehensive food safety and quality programs across multiple distribution centers and kitchen operatio
• nsConduct scheduled and unannounced audits, inspections, and peer reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requiremen
• tsLead HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense teams at each locati
• onEnsure all sites meet USDA, FDA, SQF, GMP, and customer-specific audit protoco
• lsOversee environmental and microbiological testing programs, including issue investigation and resoluti
• onManage and mentor QA supervisors and quality control technicians across multiple faciliti
• esIntroduce and maintain food safety frameworks including pesticide residue control, sanitation practices, pest management, and food defense protoco
• lsPlan and execute bi-annual mock recalls and follow up on corrective actio
• nsAnalyze quality control data, identify trends, and drive continuous improveme
• ntServe as a liaison with government regulators, customers, and vendors regarding food safety and quality assurance matte
• rsSupport inventory disposition decisions and ensure proper documentation and reporting across all sit
