This individual will be responsible for seeing daily quality operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting a culture of food safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in quality assurance or quality control in manufacturing or warehouse environment, knowledge of food safety, experience supervising or leading teams in a QA/QC setting, and computer literacy. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $50,000-$52,500 Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Schedule TBD Located in Ashland, Virginia Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day quality assurance activities across all shifts Assign duties, schedule coverage, and support training and development of QA/QC staff Ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met throughout operations Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company policies Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with internal procedures Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and assist with corrective actions Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation Requirements and Qualifications Prior experience in quality assurance or quality control in manufacturing or warehouse environment Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and GMPs Experience supervising or leading teams in a QA/QC setting Computer literacy – Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office — (Salary range based on experience) — ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Do you need your next job fast?
