Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 total compensation Location: South Boston | Hybrid Why This Opportunity Stands Out Senior leadership role with direct exposure to the CFO and executive team Join a growing real estate organization entering an exciting phase of portfolio expansion High-impact opportunity to take ownership of accounting operations and help shape the future of the finance function Strong visibility into strategic initiatives, investor reporting, cash flow, and deal activity Opportunity to lead and develop a team while improving systems, processes, and controls Hybrid schedule in South Boston with a collaborative, experienced leadership team Key Responsibilities Lead the accounting function and oversee a high-performing accounting team Own financial reporting, including investor and external reporting requirements Oversee residential real estate accounting, including HUD reporting and compliance Partner closely with the CFO on cash flow, financial strategy, and continued growth Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and create scalable accounting infrastructure Qualifications 10+ years of progressive accounting experience within real estate Strong residential real estate and HUD experience Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams Experience with investor and external financial reporting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or Master’s preferred #INAUG2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
