Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Lead Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time (3 Days/Week) 

Position Summary
ReVive Orthopedics Spine & Sports Medicine is seeking an experienced ASC Lead Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong perioperative background to oversee clinical operations within our ambulatory surgery center. This role is responsible for managing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care , ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous clinical improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all perioperative services (pre-op, intra-op, post-op).
• Serve as a circulating nurse with a focus on orthopedics and pain management procedures .
• Perform comprehensive preoperative patient assessments to ensure readiness for surgery.
• Maintain and monitor ASC logs, quality metrics, and compliance documentation .
• Ensure adherence to AAAHC, CMS, OSHA, AAMI, and AORN standards and guidelines.
• Oversee infection control and sterilization practices .
• Develop and maintain staff and Anesthesia schedules to support operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals .
• Conduct and participate in quality improvement initiatives and studies .
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, anesthesia providers, administrative leaders, and multidisciplinary teams .
• Promote a workplace culture centered on patient safety, accountability, and continuous improvement .

Qualifications

• Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an operating room setting , including intraoperative experience .
• Demonstrated knowledge of perioperative nursing practices .
• Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards (AAAHC, CMS, OSHA, AAMI, AORN).
• Experience with orthopedic and pain management procedures preferred.
• Familiarity with SIS (Surgical Information Systems) is a plus.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Schedule

• Part-Time: 3 days per week

Pay: 
$48-$58/hr
