This role will partner closely with operations teams to develop solutions for customers, manage service opportunities from initial contact through execution, and build long‑term client relationships that generate repeat business. Responsibilities Develop and grow commercial roofing service and maintenance revenue Build strong customer relationships and identify repeat/upsell opportunities Collaborate with service and production teams to scope, price, and execute projects Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline activity Support emergency response and service‑related customer needs as required Qualifications 5+ years of commercial roofing service sales, estimating, repair, or maintenance experience Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
