As we grow our commercial sales team, we're looking for someone who can walk a roof, build relationships, and win work in a competitive market. What you'll do Perform commercial roof inspections, takeoffs, and develop detailed scopes of work Sell reroofing, service/maintenance, coatings, and new construction projects Generate your own business through prospecting, networking, and referrals — not just waiting on leads Manage a pipeline, follow up on company-provided leads, and close high-value jobs Present polished proposals and guide customers from first conversation to signed contract Collaborate with estimating, production, and operations to deliver on every promise you make Roofing systems you\'ll work with TPO Spray foam Coatings Metal Tile Shingle What we\'re looking for 3+ years in commercial roofing, construction, or building materials sales Strong working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and how to scope a job Comfortable on rooftops — you can walk a job and know what you\'re looking at A self-starter who doesn\'t need someone standing over them to hit their number Excellent communicator — with owners, facilities managers, and general contractors alike Valid driver\'s license This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
