SR. Roofing Sales Consultant

Acclaimed Roofing is a small business in Scottsdale, AZ. We are a growing company who works hard and has a lot of fun. Our goals are simple- to offer the best, and highest quality roof replacement in the valley. Work truck, gas card and phone for right person. We are looking for someone who will stay long term, be dedicated, own their role, and we are willing to make the money worth it for the right person. Responsibilities Meeting with clients Climbing ladders Coordinating subcontractors Moving materials as heavy as 50+ lbs Buying and returning materials Some sales Jobsite cleanliness Managing people Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, material handling and deliverables. Oversee requirements management to ensure all project specifications are met. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise. Lead project teams by providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure high performance. Implement process mapping techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Supervise team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of requirements management and vendor management. Proficiency in roofing. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively. Strong skills in process mapping and the ability to identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
