Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to pregnant women and newborns, ensuring safe delivery practices.

Perform triage and function effectively as the baby catcher/transition nurse.

Monitor and manage labor progression, titrating medications such as Pitocin as required.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including on-call obstetricians and anesthesiologists, during deliveries.

Respond to emergencies following established protocols and procedures.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

Active RN license with eligibility to submit.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery.

Certification in ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM required.

Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with OBIX EFM System is preferred.
